Honeymoons at Woodsman's cabin
This was the first stage of our honeymoon, we came here to relax and chill out, which we did. It was unbelievably peaceful, except for the birds & the chorus of frogs!
Overall this is the perfect way to get away from the bustle of life in England. Thank you and we wish you every success with your new cabin.

Thank you so much for your fantastic hospitality which, together with the peace & tranquility of the cabin has made for an absolutely wonderful honeymoon!
The experience has been a real breath of fresh air for both of us and has helped us reflect on how we could live our lives at a slower pace once back in England.

Staying at the cabin has been the highlight of our honeymoon. We couldn't have picked anywhere more unique and so full of character. It's made our time here really special.
We've enjojed the cosy candle-lit nights, baking bread, picking mushrooms and wildflowers, feeding the fish and lazing on the raft. The market in Piégut is a must if you're a foodie!
We've really enjoyed switching off our phones and living a bit more simply.

Our week at covertcabin has been amazing and has been made even more so by your gracious hospitality. We're so thankful for the space this has given us after the busy months leading up to our wedding. This place felt welcoming and cosy and we instantly fell in love with the cabin. We couldn't stop admiring all the fine work and attention to detail that have gone into this cabin (and the new one too!). This is an obvious labour of love. The experience of learning to ride the tandem together was a good first challenge for our marriage and it certainly has made our relationship stronger!

Our two weeks here have met and far surpassed our expectations. From the delicious, fantastic meal Diane cooked for us on the first night, to the equally exceptional one she prepared for us last night. We've been able to completely unwind. You are both wonderful hosts. Thanks for running us around the countryside and resolving so quickly any minor issues. Bob's craftsmanship and invention, Diane's welcoming and warm hospitality and the hard work and enthusiasm of you both really make the cabin something extra special.
